Service Fees
Fees are calculated based on invoice value as follows:

| From 1 to 1,000 AED | 10 |
| From 1,001 to 5,000 AED | 20 |
| From 5,001 to 20,000 AED | 30 |
| From 20,001 to 40,000 AED | 40 |
| From 40,001 to 100,000 AED | 50 |
| From 100,001 to 500,000 AED | 100 |
| Above 500,001 AED | 200 |
Conditions and Requirements
Only producers and exporters can issue a Certificate of Origin (CoO)
To be able to issue a Certificate of Origin (CoO):
- You shall have a company registered in the system as an exporter or as a producer.
- If you are an exporter:
- You shall have a valid trade license to start issuing the certificate.
If you are a producer:
- You shall have a valid industrial license.
- You shall qualify your products (According to the steps mentioned below) to be able to issue a certificate of origin.
Required Documents
A copy of permits based on your production category:
- Industrial: No documents required.
- Fishery: Valid permit issued by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
- Animals: Valid permit issued by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
- Agricultural: Valid permit issued by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
- Natural resources: Valid mining permit issued by concerned departments in the emirate.
- Waste: No documents required.
During the Certificate of Origin (CoO) application, you will need to provide:
- If you are an exporter: Exporting invoice and purchase invoice from qualified factory.
- If you are a producer: Exporting invoice.
