Anti-Injurious Economic Practices
The Ministry protects national industries from unfair international trade practices such as dumping, subsidies, and import surges. It implements trade remedy measures in line with Federal Law No. (1) of 2017 and WTO agreements to ensure fair competition for UAE products.
Anti-Injurious Practices Complaints
This service enables UAE industrial establishments to file complaints against injurious trade practices. The Ministry investigates cases and may recommend trade remedy measures to protect the national industry.
Protecting UAE Exports
The Ministry monitors foreign trade barriers and anti-dumping investigations affecting UAE exports. It provides technical support to exporters to defend their interests and maintain fair access to global markets.
